What’s next?
At the initial Consultation & Budgeting Appointment, one of our team will listen very closely to your ideas, answer your questions, address your concerns, and ask several of our own questions to better define the project expectations. During the same initial appointment, we discuss your budget and expectations. Through our experience, we have found that client’s often do not realize the total construction project costs. We believe that you should have an idea of your budget so that its parameters can be discussed early on in the planning process. Our goal for this meeting is to determine if we can match your dreams to your budget prior to signing a Project Development Agreement.
Once hired as your General Contractor, we will ask for a small fee, and the Project Development Agreement will be signed. Then the Epic Construction Team will start to design your project with CAD and 3-D modeling (just like HGTV!). During this project development phase, you will meet with our designer to refine the design and select the materials, fixtures, finishes, and colors for your new space, diligently keeping your budget in mind. When the selections are made, we then create the construction contract giving you a start date to begin construction of your dream space!
Once construction is underway, Epic takes special care to ensure the process is as seamless as possible, overseeing all onsite work and adhering to the agreed-upon project schedule and budget.
